Varsha Groups was founded on 28 February 2004 (Firm Registration No. 179/2004) with a simple aim: to make owning land in Madurai possible for families who had never been able to afford it outright. Varsha Reals pioneered this through monthly EMI plot schemes, typically on plots around 1.5 cents — small enough, and affordable enough, for first-time buyers to say yes to.
Over 22 years, that approach has helped register more than 40,000 plots across 15+ completed layouts. What began with Varsha Reals has since grown into a group of five divisions working together — real estate, construction, mineral water, travel and community welfare.
Real estate in India carries a trust problem — unclear approvals, hidden costs, disputed titles. Varsha Groups was built to be the opposite of that experience. The land for our current Vetrivel Garden layout, for example, was purchased by Varsha Groups back in 2008 and held for years before being released as plots — long-standing ownership that means no title disputes.
